Rony's also pleasantly surprised me today by offering me a ride to my apartment while they worked on the car, and a pick-up when it was done. They can't do this on busy days, but since I came in on a Wednesday, my mechanic was kind enough to personally give me a ride home. I only live about five minutes from the shop, and being at home was infinitely nicer than waiting in their customer lounge all day.

Great customer service. Did a bumper to bumper check for me and then broke it down into a list that started with the most important things to have done first. Work was finished up in a day. I've been going to Rony's Car Pros for a long time because when you find a mechanic service you can trust, you stick with them. Rony’s has always been honest and helpful and never failed to always be friendly. Being a long time customer, I was completely blown away when Rony thanked me. I really had no idea why I was being thanked, so when I asked why, Rony said, for bringing my car to them. Now that in itself can be a common practice, but to get that thanks you after coming in for years, kind of speaks about the special treatment always given. Besides this, as a long time customer, I spent alot of time watching everyone when I wait, and I see Rony and the guys constantly at serious work making sure the job for every customer is done to it's very best. My battery failed to start last month and had to be jumped. Ran OK until 4/11 when I returned from a two week trip. Called Rony who said it probably just needed a good charge. Tried that but no go.
